Being the Badab Black junkie that I am, the stuff is ever in high demand, and since I'm through to my last pot, I cried out in despair. A voice answered me. I was chosen to get his last Badab Black. He had but one request. Pillaging my bitzbox and playing an awesome 2.5k match with me in our FLGS upcoming Friday.
Alas, I had to agree and built a list.
The list was built with one thing in mind: tanks and armour. It is a splendid chance for my (not yet finished) Damocles Rhino to first see action. Together with a Land Raider, two Predators, two Dreadnoughts, a Land Speeder Tempest and of course a Techmarine. This will be an imbalanced but awesome list to play with and I will be sure to bring my camera this time for some epic pictures.

ReplyDeleteWell I think that you lack of miniatures in a 2500 game, but I havent played one higher than 1500 at the moment. If you keep your troops alive using your tanks, dreads, and LS, you may have a chance to win I think, but nowadays, is hard to win with such a mecanized list. Is my opinion my friend.
Anyway, im not an expert (im just a noob hehe) but I want to hear your report when you play with it.

ReplyDeleteYeah it's true, I lack scoring units and it's a footslogging army. But I've seen the list my opponent made, and it's full of shooty Tau tanks and battlesuits. Even a riptide. I felt like I needed the extra firepower. You're completely right about it being hard to win with. But I'm hoping on total annihilation instead of tactical victory. ;)

I see. If you have seen the list of your opponent then its easy to do your own list ofc. And yes, I think youll need the extrafire power. The Tau are so strong in 6º ed and will be a hard match, but I hope that our army will deal with that happy xenos that only know to talk about the greater good haha.
